an interesting wall i found on broadway and grace st. on the north side of chicago. across the street from this building is a halfway house for the mentally disturbed. i had to dip behind a fence and in to an alley way to capture this, which was a little nerve racking, but worth it i think.

A long time ago I was talking to Ian and he was super encouraging about telling me to take more photos. I said I would take one for him on my morning walk. I’ve been trying to remember my camera more often (evidence: this blog) but today it finally even made it into my pocket for a jog.
So behold, my morning walk. And no, it never does quit being cool to see the Hollywood sign. (Though the Griffith Observatory—on the right—is actually my favorite LA landmark.)
